This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity for candidates who enjoy working directly with customers in a hands-on, sales-oriented environment. No prior experience is required-personality and attitude matter most!

Summary

The ideal candidate will provide exceptional on-site customer support, assist customers with their needs, and actively support sales efforts. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, a willingness to learn products and services, and the ability to build rapport with customers.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Engagement

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in identifying their needs
• Provide clear and knowledgeable information about products and services

Sales Support

• Promote and sell products on-site
• Work toward meeting or exceeding sales goals using effective sales techniques

Product Demonstration

• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations
• Explain features and benefits while addressing customer questions

Relationship Building

• Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
• Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction

Inventory Management

• Help maintain organized, well-stocked, and visually appealing product displays

Sales Reporting

• Accurately record sales transactions and customer interactions
• Assist with sales performance reporting as needed

Team Collaboration

• Work closely with team members to support customer service and sales efforts

Qualifications

• Previous retail sales or customer service experience is preferred but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable engaging with a diverse customer base
• Basic understanding of sales principles
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
• Experience with POS systems and cash handling is a plus
• Friendly, energetic, and professional demeanor
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Additional education in marketing or related fields is a plus
